Mandy Wrap Cardigan
This is a very pretty cardigan in wrap design, with sparkly sequin detail that can be worn in a multitude of ways. It is an ideal layering piece, perfect for holidays as it is non-iron and won't looked scrunched up when you get it out of your suitcase. Could be worn in the evening to sparkle up your outfit and keep your shoulders warm or over your swimsuit during the day as a cover up. The sequin detail would also be a lovely addition to an outfit for that special occasion.
The stretchy fabric and 3/4 length sleeves make this cardigan easier to put on and take off.

As per HMRC wording, “people with a disability, chronic or terminal illness” can be VAT exempt. Chronically sick means that you have an illness that is likely to last a long time and disabled means substantially and permanently handicapped by illness or injury.
VAT exemption does not apply to a frail elderly person who is otherwise able-bodied or any person who is temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.
Items must not be purchased for the general use of other able-bodied persons, they have to be for the own ‘personal and domestic use’ of the disabled individual.
