This boxer short trunk is made from high quality 100% combed cotton making it a comfortable fit and long lasting. It is designed for those with light to moderate stress incontinence. Just like regular underwear, it has a sturdy elasticated waistband but gives added extra protection with the built-in absorbent pad, giving the wearer peace of mind and protection when required. Machine washable up to 50 degrees.
