This men's back opening, super warm brushed cotton nightshirt has long sleeves, a flattering relaxed shape and all over check. Designed for assisted dressing, the nightshirt is easier for carers to get on and off with fixed back yoke but generous overlapping fabric at the back. It is also helpful for anyone with incontinence problems making going to the toilet or using a bed-pan a more dignified experience.

      We need written confirmation of your name, your address and the nature of your disability and/or chronic or terminal illness.

      Do I need a doctor's note to claim VAT relief?  

      No, a doctor's note is not necessary to claim VAT relief.
