Are you still delivering?

We are still sending out lovely adaptive parcels to you and your loved ones but these may sometimes take longer than usual to reach you. Please contact us if you need further help with your order.

How are you making deliveries safe?

Current advise suggests that it is safe to receive parcels - we do however recommend washing your hands after handling one. When placing an order online, you are able to leave 'Note' and advise any specific delivery instructions, which we will pass onto Royal Mail who deliver our parcels.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

Occasionally, the item you order isn’t quite right. We have therefore made it really easy for you to exchange or return your orders to us. 

We are still offering FREE UK RETURNS within 14 days of purchase. Just fill in the 'Returns Authorisation Form' sent out with your order and put it in the same parcel you received the order in. This parcel is re-sealable so no need to buy another one! Simply use the free returns label originally enclosed to send items back via your local Post Office. When returning something, make sure you get a receipt. 

It may take a little longer for us to receive and process your return or exchange, so please be patient if you haven't heard from us - we will send you an email as soon as it has been processed. 

What happens if I am self-isolating and want to return an item?

Please do not worry - we will be allowing an extra week for returns, including sale items, so just get in contact by email cservices@theablelabel.com to let us know if you need an extension.

Are all of your products available?

We currently have good availability of most of our lovely styles and we are keeping in touch with our suppliers to manage stock as best as we can. Should anything be out of stock, we will be in touch to let you know.

How are you looking after your staff?

Staff are working from home where possible so we have fewer employees on-site at any one time. We have made adjustments in line with both World Health Organisation and local guidelines including maintaining safe social distancing whilst keeping a hygienic work environment.
