How to Measure

For the correct size for you, please measure your body as follows:

1. Bust: measure yourself around the fullest part

2. Waist: measure around your natural waistline

3. Hips: measure 8" below your natural waistline (this is usually the fullest part)

4. Length: measure the inside of the leg on trousers. For skirts measure from the top of the waistband to the hem. From the centre of shoulder to hem on dresses. We quote the average length.

Body Measurements for Underwear

For women, measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks (approx 20cm / 8" down from natural waistline), keeping the tape parallel with the floor.

For men, measure around the natural waistline.

Find your Bra Size

When taking your measurements, always wear a bra and ensure that the bra you have on is a perfect fit. The tape must be tight and level across your back to gain an accurate measurement.

Work out your bra size as follows:

1. Bra Size: Tightly measure in inches directly under the bust. If the number is even add 4", if it is odd add 5". This will give you your bras size.

2. Cup Size: Measure around the fullest part of your bust. The difference between your bra size and full bust measurement will give you your cup size.

3. Example: If under bust is 31" plus 5" = 36 bra size.
If the fullest part of your bust measures 38" (i.e. 2" difference) = B cup.

So this would mean that the bra you would need would a 36 B.
