Are you still delivering?

We are still sending out lovely adaptive parcels to you and your loved ones. Delivery is running as usual, however as couriers are experiencing high demand there may be some delays. Please contact us if you need further help with your order.

What are the delivery options?

1.) UK Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery is available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2.) UK Express Delivery

For orders we receive before 12pm on a working day, we can deliver in 1-2 working days. 

Please note: working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Express delivery unfortunately cannot be offered to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other postcodes outside mainland Britain.

Remember, we can deliver gift wrapped presents to you or to the gift recipient. We offer this service at an additional £3.95 per item.

What is your returns/ exchanges policy?

Occasionally, the item you order isn’t quite right. We have therefore made it really easy for you to exchange or return your orders to us. 

We offer FREE UK RETURNS within 14 days of purchase. Just fill in the 'Returns Authorisation Form' sent out with your order and put it in the same parcel you received the order in. This parcel is re-sealable so no need to buy another one! Simply use the free returns label originally enclosed to send items back via your local Post Office.

Exchanges- In the ‘New Item(s) for Exchange’ section of the 'Returns Authorisation Form', please list the items you would like instead or leave blank if you just want to return an item without exchange. The product being exchanged does not need to be the same item or for the same amount as the item being returned.

If the amount of the item being returned varies in monies to the exchanged goods, the difference will be credited/debited from you via your original payment method. You will only hear from us if there is a problem.

What happens if I am self-isolating and want to return an item?

Please do not worry – we will be allowing an extra week for returns, including sale items, so just get in contact and send it back when you can.

Are all of your products available?

We currently have good availability of most of our lovely styles and we our keeping in touch with our suppliers to manage stock as best as we can. Should anything be out of stock, we will let you know.

How are you looking after your workers & suppliers?

We are keeping in regular contact with our suppliers to ensure their safety and to keep updated with production. In the office we are maintaining safe social distancing regulations whilst maintaining a hygienic work environment and the handling of product.
