Delays to Royal Mail Services
Due to upcoming Royal Mail strike action, staffing during these periods will be significantly reduced and there may be some delays to despatching and delivering your orders.
We are working closely with Royal Mail to ensure the disruption caused is a minimal as possible. It is however important for you to be aware that collections will not take place on these dates, which means we will not be able to dispatch any mail on these dates. It will also mean that you will not receive a delivery on the days that the strike action is taking place.
All orders placed before this and due to be dispatched on these dates will be dispatched the following working day as normal.
Orders already in the delivery network will be subject to delays. Sadly, due to the volume build up during this time, it's not possible to give an accurate time for these delays.
We therefore recommend ensuring all Royal Mail express delivery orders are placed no later than 2 working days before the strike action dates to minimise delays. For international shipments, we recommend placing orders no later than 5 working days before the dates above to minimise delays.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but as we're sure you can appreciate, this action is completely out of our control. Should you have any questions regarding your order or deliveries, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
