TAKING CARE OF YOUR BRAS
Haven't got time to hand wash your bras?
Don’t panic, as our bra can be safely machine washed on a 30-degree delicate cycle. Not only is a 30-degree wash gentle on the fabric, but it’s sustainable, too. According to Ariel, washing your laundry at 30 degrees or lower uses up to 57% less energy per cycle. It’s win-win!
Other ways to make them last ~ Always separate your darks, lights, and whites to avoid colour bleeding and keep your whites white. It’s a good idea to do up all your bra fastenings (poppers, Velcro or hooks) and place your lingerie in a mesh bag before they go in the washing machine to protect them, too .
Another way to extend the life of your bra is to have a few of them.
You can alternate which one you’re wearing. If you use the same one every single day, it’ll wear out more quickly. You might not know this, but a bra actually needs time to ‘rest’ between uses. The material’s fibres – especially elastane – need to recover after being stretched during wear.
